Just when you think it couldn't get any worse - no, that's bullshit - it's always getting worse, I've come to have new data relative to the obscene amount of Federal dollars the imploding State of California receives each fiscal year for its Gestapo-like Child Support Enforcement and Case Management efforts.

In fiscal year 2023/24 the State of California received a eye-opening $824 million real whole George Washington's for this this particular hunting expedition, and of that amount, $672.5 million dollars went to County and Local Child Support Gestapos throughout the State. Damn small question as to whether or not Los Angeles County's Brown Shirts received a generous hand-out in this regard.

As I've cited here previously and recently articulated to the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, not one dime of Child Support Enforcement funds - regardless of source - ever makes its way into the lives of children of divorce or impoverished kids; no. Instead, those funds go to prop up the salaries, benefits, paid time off, and pensions of those employed by or retired from, the Child Support Enforcement Industry; people just like Brandon Nichols
Most of you don't know who Brandon Nichols is, but so you know, Nichols is the Director of the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services.
In tax year 2023, Mr. Nichols knocked back $603,000 in total, taxpayer funded compensation. Are taxpayers to believe that this egregious compensation package is somehow in "The Best Interest of the Child"? Not bloody likely!

In the US, "Paternity Fraud" - matters wherein a man or boy is misnamed "father" whether that be accidentally, intentionally, or otherwise - is the only article of court or law wherein scientific proof of innocence does not exonerate. A DNA test will get a guy off death row, or prove he didn't rape somebody, but if he's outside very obscure statute of limitations that vary largely by state - within which to challenge and or disestablish paternity - the Family Court won't even hear his case and place him on the hook paying child support for a child DNA evidence has proven he didn't father!
